PRODUCTS

We sell digital templates intended for either personal or commercial use, depending on the license purchased.

a. Personal Use License

Grants you the right to use the templates for your personal projects, including your own business. With a single purchase, you may use the template one time. However, this license does not permit you to resell, share, or distribute the templates—whether in their original form or modified—to others. Commercial use for client work or external business projects is not allowed.

b. Commercial Use License

This license allows use of a template for one commercial project for a single client. You may create a final product using the template and deliver it to that client. You may not use the same template for multiple clients or projects.

All products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment.

ACCESS AND DELIVERY

​

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be provided with immediate access to a downloadable PDF file. This PDF contains:

• Direct links to the digital templates included in your order

• Instructions on how to access and use the templates

​

A copy of the same PDF will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that the download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. Should your link expire or if you encounter any issues accessing your files, you may contact us at hello@merakitemplates.com, and we will resend the download information.

PAYMENT TERMS

​

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed through Stripe. If payment fails—for example, due to insufficient funds or expired card—the order will not be processed. We accept payment through the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, China UnionPay) via Stripe

• Other payment methods offered by Wix or Stripe at the time of purchase

 

All payments are processed securely in USD via Stripe. While prices may be displayed in other currencies for your convenience, the final charge will be made in USD at checkout.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes (where required by law). You are responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
